Nonprofit therapy center supporting women’s mental and emotional health.
Legacy Initiative
A documentary tribute film built around personal memory, grief, and social impact.
The narrative is told through the voices of the donor’s two daughters — reflecting on their mother’s life, struggle with illness, and decision to support the organization that accompanied her journey.
The film combines:
Interview storytelling
Archival family photography
Reconstructed visual memories
Emotional narrative structure
The result is a legacy film designed to preserve personal history while supporting nonprofit fundraising communication.

Story Development
The project began with minimal source material:
Short biography
Several archival photographs
General background from donor representative
From this, I built:
Interview narrative structure
Emotional progression of the story
Question tree for both daughters
Scene rhythm for editing
The storytelling approach focused on:
“History of a life through the memory of loved ones.”
This project highlights my ability to:
Build story from minimal source material
Direct emotionally complex interviews
Execute full production independently
Integrate new visual technologies (AI imagery)
Deliver nonprofit storytelling with cinematic sensitivity
Storyboard
Script
Light setup
